- Ideally you start by coming to see me in Malvern UK when, during a massage session, my firm caring hands gently identify areas of tension showing you where you can help yourself at home
- We explore where congestion and pain lies within muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints. Where is inflammation held?
- OR let me help you during an assessment session on-line in the privacy of your home. You get to know your body better and where your pain is actually held.
- Then find out ways to help yourself at home to increase freedom of movement and flexibility within your body and decrease your pain
- Help yourself with Self-Massage at home allowing you the freedom and confidence to know how to make a real difference. I support you on Zoom/Skype
- Now you know more about your pain you’re ready to explore, using Coaching, how to unwind the reason you got here in the first place; to reset the messages in the brain. Have you heard about Neuroplasticity?
I explain how the areas became congested, explain the recovery process, no matter what your starting point is (even stubborn chronic conditions), and show you how you can help yourself to keep your body comfortable.
