Why is it so hard to even walk down the stairs?
WHY is my body doing this to me? I feel so anxious. – What have I done to deserve this? My body hurts me so much and I get such overwhelming emotions such as anger, frustration and confusion; I feel huge sadness and I feel alone.

I do so want to be able to trust that my body is capable of becoming stronger and more comfortable. I want to help myself and feel more comfortable, more supported and safer again.
“For a fibromyalgia sufferer it is really difficult to pin point the pain. It will bring me to a complete holt and all i can do is sleep.
Sometimes i do manage to find where the pain is. When that happens i can use self massage or hot/cold treatment.
I can also manage the pain by meditation, breathing the pain away into the earth. There’s also a technique called EFT, where you tap on acu points on the body. This is very powerful and has helped me a lot.
Sometimes you may need a pain buddy to encourage you I found a pain buddy through going to Fran’s workshop earlier this year As a fibromyagia sufferer i can help myself. Something Fran has taught me in her workshops.
