How much do you actually know about the ingredients of the cosmetics which you are using now?
Do you know what the list of ingredients mean? Do you know that synthetic ingredients will potentially affect the myriad of amazing enzyme controlled reactions in our body? We simply do not know their effects so let’s keep them to a minimum.

Did you know that as soon as an ingredient is less than 1% the company can put the ingredients in any order they like?
If the first ingredient is water (aqua), and then often a few synthetic chemicals, the next ingredients listed can be the super duper ingredients yet there may only be a tiny amount of each one. The word parfum can include many different often reactive ingredients which don’t have to be listed. These companies are not being honest.
